Denise has over 30 years of experience in animation, starting her career as an apprentice back in 1988 after being spotted by talent scouts looking for promising artists to join Steven Spielberg's new animation studio in London. She has worked on a wide array of 2D projects including adverts, music videos, TV Specials such as ‘Wind in the Willows’, ‘Beatrix Potter Tales’, ‘Famous Fred’, ‘The Snowman and The Snowdog’, and ‘The Tiger Who Came to Tea’. She has also worked on feature films including ‘American Tail 2’, ‘The Illusionist’, ‘Aladdin’, ‘Isle of Dogs’, ‘Wolfwalkers', and ‘Ethel & Ernest’.
